No matter what construction or

your scissor lift needs.
No matter what construction or maintenance project you have, one of
Skyjacks eleven models should meet your scissor lift needs. The SJ7135
is the company’s newest model. Skyjack is just one of many manufacturers
who have begun to produce rough terrain machines that are compact enough
to fit through a set of double doors. Skyjack produces more than 4,000
scissor lifts each year that are in the 30- to 44-foot class, including
both compact and non-compact models.
One new product that the company has produced to be more competitive in
this section of the aerial lift market is the SJ8831, which is its more
expensive, larger, higher capacity machine. Skyjack then developed the
SJ7135 which is a more competitively priced unit. The SJ8831 is produced
to meet the high capacity large platform needs of some of Skyjack’s
customers. The SJ7135 is a great match for smaller projects.
One main characteristic of a Skyjack lift is its durability. One great
example of this is the SJ7135. This new model has two component side
cabinets that are supported by a base frame with an all-steel, one-piece
weldment. This unit is 8 feet taller than the SJ7027, but utilizes the
same scissor stack.
This lift incorporates several innovative design elements. One nice
feature is the tires, which are Skyjack pneumatic (over foam-filled) for
improved traction. You get effective operation of the platform through a
pair of single-acting, full-displacement, hydraulic lift cylinders.
Heavy duty, tubular steel is used in the construction of the scissor
arms, and is further reinforced with cross-bracing members. The standard
engine for this model is the Kubota dual-fuel (gasoline/propane), which
is liquid-cooled.
